Since 2016, I've been working one-on-one with adults, young people, and families in private practice. My approach is evidence-based and tailored to you. I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities to meet each client where they are, because what works for one person isn't necessarily right for another.
I particularly enjoy working with parents, high school students and young adults. I have a passion for helping those impacted by trauma. The road to healing can seem long but I believe healing often happens in relationships.
Supporting parents is some of the most meaningful work I do. Raising children can be overwhelming, so equipping families with practical, compassionate skills, and helping parents connect more deeply with their children is a key part of my work.
I work with adults and young people across a range of clinical presentations. Sessions are available exclusively via telehealth.
