Sarah is a Psychologist experienced in delivering evidence-based treatments for a variety of clinical psychological disorders. She has experience working in hospitals, schools, public mental health settings and has worked in private practice since 2016.

She draws on a wide range of therapeutic modalities to meet her clients’ needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Sarah’s interests are in the areas of depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, trauma and insomnia.

Sarah is a registered Tuning in to Kids facilitator and Circle of Security program facilitator. She enjoys equipping parents with skills they need in order to parent with awareness, confidence and resilience. She is also a Dads Group Ambassador.
